We accept credit and debit card payment. No binding contract will exist between us until we have accepted your order. All goods are sold subject to availability, and can be placed on back order. We process all our orders through Paypal.
Returns Policy
Items may be returned for a full refund excluding shipping. The item/s must be unused, with all the original tags attached and postmarked within 14 days of receipt of the delivery. Please email sales@jalidesigns.com if you wish to return an item.
Once your package has been received by Jali Designs, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes within Canada and levied at the point of entry into the destination country. A commercial invoice is provided with all goods shipped. You shall not be entitled to cancel your order on the basis of unforeseen duties or levies.
